The Annual Golf Classic of the Cancer Research Society has now become the Cycling and Golf Classic!
Over the years, the Annual Golf Classic of the Cancer Research Society has held a significant place among the charity golf events in Quebec. Since 1994, this important fundraising event has been able to support many cancer research projects thanks to raising $2.5 million!
In 2016, in the interest of sustaining the event and diversifying its sources of revenue, the Cancer Research Society decided to modify the event to include a Cycling portion.
Now the event is known as the 23rd Edition of the Cycling and Golf Classic to benefit the Cancer Research Society, sponsored by McKesson Canada in partnership with Scotia Bank, and held at the prestigious Elm Ridge Country Club on Île-Bizard on Thursday, August 18, 2016.
